How Can I Become a Member?

Join via CheddarUp and use Electronic Check or a credit/debit card (a small convenience fee will apply).

Cash or Checks are also welcome!  Place your payment in a sealed envelope and include your full name and email address. Place into the PTO Mailbox in the WWA front lobby.

Note: A membership applies to one household.

The Membership Year runs from July 1 through June 30. A Student Directory is included with membership.

  1. Voting Members are: Parents or legal guardians of students who currently attend WWA and who have paid a $10 annual fee and current WWA staff, other than the principal.  Each household will have one vote.

  2. Voting members may vote in all elections and on all issues before the membership, serve as a committee chairperson, and hold office. 

  3. A voting member who is both a Parent Member and a Staff Member may vote only as one type of member.

 

Once your membership information is submitted, and payment is confirmed, you will be a Voting Member of the Woodrow Wilson Academy PTO.
